A chemistry laboratory is a combination of equipment, natural science and mathematics that enable the student to prepare, purify and analyses samples in order to undertake experiments. These experiments are carried out with safety in mind to produce accurate results. The matter used in the experiments is generally prepared by the students at home or purchased from a chemist’s shop. The use of chemicals requires care and attention to safety as well as normal work procedures such as wearing protective clothing for mixing chemicals, use of protective equipment when handling these substances during experiments etc.
